About Us
Why does James clean windows?
That’s a bit of a story. I joke that cleaning is in my blood. I grew up in a family cleaning business, and probably scrubbed more toilets as a teenager than most adults will ever see.
When I graduated high school, I wanted to work with my hands, and specifically enjoyed cleaning windows (way better than toilets!). The idea of owning a business appealed to me, because I could work as hard as I wanted, and would be my own quality control.
For the past 3 years, I have obsessed over window cleaning: differences in glass, various tools, and how to improve my work. There’s few things more rewarding than seeing a client smile and say they love their clean windows.
At the end of the day, quality is what matters to my clients. Scientifically, I’m not sure it’s possible to make a perfectly clean window. But, until I figure that out, I’ll be striving to improve the quality of my communication, knowledge, and work ethic through window cleaning.
